The venue is incredibly difficult to navigate, as Iration always is great. Security was aware of this issue early on in the night, but nothing was done to stop people from walking there. I counted at least 50 people that slipped and fell on one of the small hills due to the mud, sitting in the grass area because it had rained earlier in the day. The safety of the concert goers should have been a priority, however, the concert was sold out. Also, my husband needed the handicap assistance to get back to our car, but they kept all people in need waiting for a very long time on a steep hill waiting for the golf carts to arrive. This was unsafe, the women in front of us almost fell again, her knee gave out because of the steepness of the hill and there were no lights in this area which made it very unsafe. I will probably never attend another concert at Alpine Valley if they don't make any changes for the safety of their guests.
